1. What's the first thing you can do to lose weight? Set a goal!

Walking keeps your body in motion, keeping your muscles and bones active.  It helps burn 6 to 8 calories per minutes, on an average!

7. Record your weight

On a certain day every week, before you have any meal and after going to the bathroom, make sure you record you weight. Stay confident in your plan to lose weight!
