Eggs have long been known as a symbol of fertility. Rich in vitamins B5 and B6, eggs help fight stress and keep the levels of hormones in balance, roles that are crucial for maintaining a healthy sex life.

Celery may not taste as great as other more tempting stimulating foods, but it is considered to be a rich source of androsterone, an odourless male hormone released through sweat, which can heighten sexual desire in women. It is best eaten in its natural form, which is raw after being washed and cut.
The avocado tree was called as the ‘ahuacatl’ by the Azetecs, which literally translates to ‘testicle tree’.
