Learn How Your Palm Indicates Signs Of Many Diseases

Our Hands Speak Volumes. No, we are not talking about astrology or hand analysis psychology. Apart from telling the future, our hand is an indicator of many diseases. 1. Weak Hand Grip

A weak handgrip can be a sign of deteriorating health. Deteriorating Health is a condition that is caused by insufficient consumption of nutrients and water or poor living environment.

According to a 2016 review in the International Journal of Cardiology, a decreased grip predicts a higher risk of death from heart disease

in elderly patients.

Tiny red bumps or blisters are the signs of nickel allergy. According to theAmerican Academy of Dermatology, Sensitivity to nickel is one of the most common causes of allergic contact dermatitis.

Many objects touch your skin, which contain nickel, like watches, cell phones, and even bracelets. But do you know, you can also develop red bumps from the consumption of foods that contains nickel?

6. Hand tremor

Shaking of hands is not big issue, but sometimes it could be a sign of some neurologic conditions. We all have a little bit of shakiness in our hands, known as a physiologic tremor. Essential tremors cause shakiness in all the hands and arms.

7. Purple finger nodules

Purple finger nodules are very specific to an Endocarditis, which is a bacterial infection of the heart valves. Endocarditis may also lead to bleeding under the skin of the palm, leaving purple sports.

8. Sweaty palms

Sweaty Palms could be the symptoms of menopause, thyroid or hyperhidrosis, in which the sweat gland causes more perspiration than necessary. The doctor prescribes a few antibiotics to overcome this condition.
