Tips to Improve Your Urological Health

Special tips for women to prevent urinary tract infections:

  1. After using washroom, always wipe the genital area from front to back.
  2. Avoid bubble baths or using powders and perfumed soaps in the vaginal area. These may cause dryness and irritation.
  3. Wear cotton panties and loose clothing to let the vaginal area breathe freely.
  4. During periods, change sanitary pads every 3-4 hours.
  5. Do not use douche, vaginal deodorants and spermicidal creams etc.
