For the past 38 years, Dr. HK Bali has worked as a Cardiology Doctor and gained proficient skills and knowledge in the segments. Dr. HK Bali pursued degree of MBBS from Jammu Medical College, Jammu in 1981, MD - Medicine from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh in 1985 and DM - Cardiology from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh in 1988.

Dr. HK Bali is a well-known member of the Indian Academy of Neurology, Neurologist and Neurosurgeon Association and Indian Medical Association. He has been rewarded with various awards including Kataria Memorial Gold Medal in 1985, the Highest Academic Award of Post Graduate Institution, Chandigarh. and Awarded - DP Basu Award by the Cardiological Society of India.
