Dr. Rajeev K Sharma

Dr Rajeev K Sharma is the Chairman of Orthopedics and Joint Replacement Department at Vimhans Nayati Super Speciality Hospital, Nehru Nagar, Delhi. He has an extensive experience of over 30 years in the field. His area of expertise includes Knee Arhtroscopy, Hip Arhthroscopy, Hip Replacement, Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction and Knee Replacement. He has performed over 10000 Total Joint Replacements conducted more than 1000 cases of Total Knee Arthroplasty using Computer Navigation.

He completed his MBBS and MS- Orthopaedics from S.N Medical College, Agra University. He also acquired DNB Orthopaedics from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He further completed MCh in Orthopedics. He is well recognized for his contributions, both academic and clinical, in the field of medicine. Dr Rajeev K Sharma has worked for prestigious hospitals, including AIIMS and Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Delhi. He has delivered over 300 lectures in national and international scientific meetings apart from delivering a guest lecture in British society of hip and knee surgeries at Manchester, UK. He was also awarded “Prabal Jan Seva Shree Pratham Shreni” Award by President of Nepal.

Dr Rajeev K Sharma is a member of numerous recognized socities including Indian Orthopaedic Association, Asia Pacific Arthroplasty Society, Indian Arthroplasty Association, Association of Physicians of India and Delhi Orthopaedic Association.
