Dr. V P Choudhary

Dr. V. P. Choudhary is a Senior Consultant - Haematology at Fortis Escorts Hospital, Faridabad. Dr. Choudhary started his career as a lecturer in Paediatrics with AIIMS way back in 1975. Apart from being at several faculty positions with AIIMS, he has also served as Honorary Medical Adviser to Armed Forces Medical Services, from June 2002 to June 2005. After his post graduation, MD (Paediatrics) from AIIMS itself in the year 1972, he has been receiving numerous awards and accolades from various medical societies globally, including the Silver Shield by International Congress of Paediatrics in 1977 and the prestigious Dr. B. N. Dara Award by National Thalassemia Welfare Society in 2001. Dr. Choudhary is also an active member with a host of renowned medical societies, which includes Indian Academy of Paediatrics, Indian Society of Hematology & Transfusion Medicine and Indian Society of Cancer Chemotherapists. A veteran when it comes to Paediatrics and Hematology, Dr. Choudhary’s name is one of the most regarded ones in the medical community.
