Sahil
Ghaziabad
This is the story of Sahil, who is only 16 years old and studying in class 11. Being affected by the marks in the last class, he was very much disappointed with his performance. This time, he developed a schedule and used to work accordingly. He started focusing on his studies and taking care of how much he used to spend time playing games. Being disappointed with last year’s success (although he had the third position among all the students in 5 different sections), he made a schedule that was fitted with no games for at least the first semester of his studies.
Once Sahil noticed a minute change in his body. He developed numbness in his left arm that was not going away and left the same until half an hour.
The next day, while attending morning prayer on the stage of the school, he noticed a lack of balance in his body with little blur vision.
He talked about the symptoms he was facing with his parents. The parents took Sahil to a nearby general practitioner, who advised the child to go to Manipal Hospital, Ghaziabad for the Best Neurosurgeon.
After visiting the neurosurgeon through the medium of Credihealth, Sahil was informed that he had a fist-sized brain tumor in his skull.
The parents were astonished after seeking the reports and the answer from the side of the doctors. It was a big disease for anyone living in a developing country like India. Although the parents left no key to getting their child treated, they went to seek a second opinion. Other doctors also confirmed the same disease which created a strong base for the starting of the treatment. Sahil had to go through small surgery which was followed by an incision through his head. After a long stay in hospital and a surgery of 3 hours, Sahil was feeling well. The doctors of Manipal Hospital, Ghaziabad informed Sahil about everything starting from what to take in every meal of the day to what to follow before sleeping. Although the disease made Sahil lose his one year in school and he failed his final exams, he passed the exam of life.
