Admission Process

After the doctor checks the patients and approves the patient for admission, the patient will get admitted. The rooms will be provided based on the preference of the patient and the availability. The patient will get registered by a unique number (UHID), under which all their records and details are stored. A visitor pass also gets issued at that time. A minimum amount is deposited at the billing cash counter at the time of admission. Anyone availing TPA services will have to visit the TPA or corporate desk and fill in the formalities during admission.

Discharge Process

The verbal communication of the discharge to the actual discharge can take up to 3 hours. All the hospital dues will have to be cleared before the discharge and, in case of TPA/ cashless payments, the clearance will have to be taken from the concerned company. The nurses will provide any necessary instruction, follow up information and details about the medications. incase any patient requires an ambulance to go back, the staff will have to be informed at least 3 hours before discharge.
