As I understand it a fever is a normal reaction to an infection. It seems that many of the “bugs” people get, don’t do well at higher than what a human is normal temperature. It makes a little bit of sense, but now since we combat bugs with other means, the fever is considered an indication rather than result.

Cholera is an acute diarrheal illness caused by infection of the intestine with Vibrio cholerae bacteria. People can get sick when they swallow food or water contaminated with cholera bacteria. The infection is often mild or without symptoms, but can sometimes be severe and life-threatening.
hi Kalpana. Your symptoms direct towards a spinal nerve injury. Did you have a recent fall or lower back injury that involved you being on bed rest? You must undergo MRI lumbar spine and then see an orthopedician for further intervention.
