If the cause of permanent heart failure is because the heart muscles are working too hard, then why don't doing sports cause it?

The left and the right side of the heart are separated by walls called Septums. There are four chambers of the heart. Two atriums and two ventricles. The atriums are separated by the Atrial septum, and, the ventricles are separated by the Ventricular septum.
