Dr. Rajesh Puri is currently the Director of Institute of Digestive & Hepatobiliary Sciences at Medanta – The Medicity, Gurgaon. He has more than 2 decades of rich experience in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. He completed his MBBS from SNM College, Jodhpur, the University of Rajasthan with Distinction in Forensic Medicine in 1994 and post-graduation in General Medicine in 1997. He completed his DNB in Gastroenterology from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi and was awarded Gold Medal by the Honorable President of India. Dr. Puri is a trained Endocrinologist and has done specialization in Endoscopic Ultrasound, diagnostic and therapeutic diseases of digestive, liver and pancreatic-biliary. He has also attained the visiting fellowship in Endosonography University of Copenhagen, Denmark and Kitazato-East University Hospital, Japan.
