She came to learn about the discharge and found that it was the primary symptom of breast cancer. Manisha, who became curious about her health, came in touch with Fortis Hospital Kalyan and asked for the best treatment for herself. She was a young and dynamic personality, with a job in her hand and was capable of bearing the expenses. So, expenses were not an issue. The issue was her health which started declining day by day and started affecting her professional life.
How did Manisha receive help?
Manisha started having severe pain in her right breast. It made her feel like she was losing the size of one of her breasts. It made her uncomfortable with her body.
Manisha was lucky to receive the help at the right time. She had her diagnosis done with the help of the best doctor at Fortis Hospital Kalyan. She was told that her breast has developed benign cancer which was now at the early stage and would be gone with a few surgeries.
Manisha had to go through a small two hours surgery under the guidance of her cancer treatment doctor, dietician, and general practitioner. All three doctors consulted and gave the right amount of treatment to Manisha.
Now, within 5 years, Manisha has covered up a lot. She had to go through a loss of her right breast because of the severity of the case.
