Dr. Abha Majumdhar

Dr. Abha Majumdar is revered as an eminent Obstetrician and Gynecologist of the country. She pursued her MBBS and MS from S.N.Medical College, Agra University. Since 1987, she has been associated with Sir Ganga Ram Hospital at the Obstetrics & Gynecology Division. Presently she is designated as the Director & Head Centre - IVF & Human Reproduction at the same hospital. Over the years, she has been bestowed with several awards, such as, Best Medical Graduate for the year 1975, Dr. B.C Roy's Award (1999), Nations Vikas Ratan Award (2002), and Chikitsa Ratan Award (2007). She is the Founder Member of Indian Fertility Society. Apart from this, she holds memberships of various other esteemed institutions, such as, European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, Editorial Board of Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction, Federation of Obstetricians & Gynecologists of India.
