Dr. Ajit Vigg

Dr. Ajit Vigg is a Senior Physician in Hyderabad, specializing in internal medicine, respiratory diseases, critical care medicine and sleep disorders. He was attached to the Apollo Hospital in Jubilee Hills, and can also be consulted at his clinic on Secretariat Road. Dr. Vigg completed his postgraduate medical education in the United Kingdom in 1984, followed by specialist training in England and Wales in the fields of internal medicine and respiratory disorders. He is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP). Dr. Vigg is a member of American Sleep Disorder Association, he is also on the International Panel for Study of Lung Cancer and has been elected as Zonal Ambassador, South India, by the Indian Respiratory Council. He has served as a faculty member for training critical care physicians and DNB students in respiratory medicine at Apollo Hospital.He is also on an international panel for the study of lung cancer. He has also received many awards for orations and O A Sharma endowment Award by AP State TB Association for the year 2000 & was awarded Gold Medal – “Update on Lung Cancer”.
