Dr. Anand Gnanaraj

Dr. Anand Gnanaraj is a Senior Consultant - Interventional Cardiology in Apollo Speciality Hospitals, Vanagram. He completed his graduation from the prestigious Christian Medical College, Vellore, MD - General Medicine - Madurai Medical College, 1999 and DM - Cardiology - Stanley Medical College & Hospital, 2006. To further polish his skills, Dr. Anand went on to pursue FNB (Interventional Cardiology) from Madras Medical Mission, Chennai. Dr. Anand passed all his course with distinction and was awarded P.Koshy Prize in Clinical Medicine. His area of expertise is complex coronary procedures like left main interventions, Chronic total occlusions (100% blocked arteries), Retrograde PCI for CTOs, Triple-vessel angioplasties and bifurcation stenting. He has special skills in Radial interventions. He also has an experience with balloon mitral valvotomies and peripheral interventions like carotid angioplasties and Renal angioplasties.
