Dr. Anita Kaul

Dr. Anita Kaul is an obstetrician & gynaecologist, specializing in fetal medicine at the Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi, and is currently the Head of Fetal Medicine at the hospital. Her core areas of interest include gynaecology & obstetrics (woman & pregnancy care), fetal medicine, prenatal invasive procedures, genetics medicine, genomic medicine, and high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Kaul trained in Fetal Medicine with Professor Kypros Nicolaides at Kings College Hospital, London, and has undergone advanced training in Fetal Medicine at the Fetal Medicine Centre at the University of Leuven, Belgium, one of the leading centres in the world for Fetal therapy, and later at the Department of Fetal Medicine, Necker-Enfants-Malades Hospital, Paris Descartes University, Paris. Dr Kaul is the FOGSI/FMF representative In India and has participated in and spoken at numerous internal conferences. She started the Apollo Fetal Medicine Unit, the only unit in India accredited with the Fetal Medicine Foundation UK for 1st Trimester Down’s syndrome screening.
