Dr. Ashish Kumar Mittal

Dr. Ashish Kumar Mittal is a Consultant in Psychiatry at the Columbia Asia Hospital, Gurgaon. His educational qualifications include an MBBS, and an MD in Psychiatry from AIIMS. He has 11 years of clinical, research and teaching experience in Psychiatry, De addiction and Treatment of Psycho-Sexual Disorders. He has undertaken several projects, some of which are: “The Retreat: De addiction and Rehabilitation Centre”, “Internet Addiction and its Treatment”, and has also authored a publication on OCD. He has also published write ups on sexual health in “MY CITY” Magazine. Dr. Mittal has also published and presented various papers in national and international conferences. He is also associated as a Senior Consultant at the Confidence Clinic, Gurgaon and at The Retreat, Manesar. He is also the Chief Psychiatrist and Director at Boost My Confidence. Previously, he has been a Seior Consultant at the Apollo Clinic and has also been the Director and Psychiatrist at BrainZ Clinic, Gurgaon.
