Dr. Asok Sengupta

Dr. Asok Sengupta is a highly experienced and well-known Pulmonologist with over 38 years of experience in the field of Pulmonology. He completed his MBBS degree from the University of Calcutta, followed by a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK. He then completed his MD in Pulmonology from the University of Calcutta. Dr. Sengupta is known for his expertise in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of respiratory diseases, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, pulmonary fibrosis, pneumonia, and tuberculosis. He is highly skilled in performing various diagnostic tests, including spirometry, bronchoscopy, and pulmonary function tests. Dr. Sengupta has worked in several prestigious hospitals across India, including the Apollo Gleneagles Hospital in Kolkata. He has also served as a Professor of Pulmonology at the Medical College Kolkata, where he was responsible for training and guiding young doctors and students in the field of Pulmonology.
