She has been rewarded with various awards including Honoured with Mahatma Gandhi Samman in a ceremony held at House of Lords, London. The award was presented to her by Mr Sandip Verma Minister of International Development UK for her contribution in the field of Infertility in India, Honoured with Indian Excellence Award 2017 for having the best infertility centre of North Delhi and Dr Bindu Garg has been awarded with Six Sigma Healthcare Excellence Awards 2017 by Oscars of Healthcare. This was a Lifetime Achievement Award in the field of Infertility IVY and Reproductive Medicine.
