Dr. Rao’s journey of excellence in the field of Cardiology began decades ago when he completed his MBBS and Doctorate in Cardiology. He is currently Vizag's top cardiac surgeon. With excellent academic standing, he received his medical training at some of the state's top medical schools, including Rangaraya Medical College in Kakinada, Andhra Medical College in Visakhapatnam, and Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad. He has a long history as a clinician and a long list of accomplishments. He was among the state's first cardiologists to install a MICRA Pacemaker (Leadless Pacemaker). Additionally, he has carried out the most TAVR and peripheral angioplasties in the area.
