During his 29 years long successful career he has handled almost 10000 coronary cases and 3000 PTMC. He showed his excellence in several research works with more than 180 research papers published in a variety of national and worldwide journals to his credit. Dr. J.C. Mohan has completed his MBBS and MD from Medical College, Rohtak; DM in Cardiology from AIIMS. He is became a Member of National Academy of Medical Science (Cardiology) in 1988, Fellow Indian Academy of Echocardiography in 2002 and Member American Society Echocardiography in 1988. He has done extensive research in the areas of Myocardial Mechanics and Echocardiography. He was the Professor of Cardiology at G.B. pant Hospital, New Delhi and also served as the President of the Indian Academy of Echocardiography and Vice - President of Cardiological Society of India. He is the Current president of the Apex Society for CME in Cardiology. He has area of interest lies in heart failure, valvular heart disease, and muscle mechanics.
