Dr. Jayaprakash Shenthar

Dr. Jayaprakash Shenthar with an experience of more than 28 years is a Senior Consultant - Interventional Cardiology at Fortis Hospital, Bangalore. After completing his MBBS from J.J.M.Medical College, Mysore University, he did his MD in Internal Medicine. He further completed DNB in Internal Medicine and later also in cardiology. He is a Fellow at American College of Cardiology and Indian College of Cardiology. He specializes in cardiac electrophysiology, device implants and varieties of arrhythmias. He has published many articles in national and international journals. He has conducted innumerable live workshops on Device Implants and Electrophysiology. He started the country’s first University recognised Electrophysiology and Pacing Program.
