Dr. Kundan Singh Chufal

Dr. Kundan Singh Chufal is a Clinical Oncologist at the Fortis Escorts Hospital in Faridabad. An expert in Radiation & Medical Oncology, he specializes in treating various types of Cancers, including Prostate Cancer, Head & Neck Cancer, Breast Cancer, Lung Cancer, Gastrointestinal Cancer, Gynecological Cancer, Soft Tissue Sarcomas, and Brain Tumors. A pioneer of IMRT Radiation technique in Delhi, he also uses many other procedures to treat these diseases, including IGRT, Radiotherapy, RAPIDARC Radiotherapy, HDR Brachytherapy, 3D Brachytherapy, and Chemotherapy. His treatment guideline for Head and Neck Cancer titled ‘Application of RTOG Consensus Guidelines in Routine Clinical Practice’ was published in the International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology, and Physics, which is the world's best medical journal. A proud recipient of the Best Paper Award at XVI U.P Chapter AROI Convention at Kanpur in the year 2002, Dr. Chufal is a member of various prestigious organizations. He is the member of the Editorial Board of the World Journal of Radiology & the Board Cancer Therapy Journal, as well as a life member of the Association of Radiation Oncologists of India (AROI), and an international member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO).
