Dr. Manorama Bhargava

Dr. Prof. Manorama Bhargava, is currently working as Senior Consultant of Haematology and Clinical Pathology Department. Adorned with medical degrees like MBBS, MD, Dr. Bhargava has done a commendable job in her line of expertise over a period of the last three decades. She is a proficient practitioner in line of Pathology and Haematology, Biology of lymphoid Neoplasia including Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), non Hodgkins Lymphoma (NHL) and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). Dr. Bhargava was a Professor and Head, Department of Haematology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Her awards list includes “Basanti Devi Amir Chand Prize” for her work on Biology and Neoplasia, prestigious Fellowships like FAMS and many more. Dr.prof Manorama Bhargava’s long-standing research on both Indian and foreign patients emphasizes on the fact that due to biological differences in the outcome of treatment differs. The progress is remarkably slow in case of an Indian patient. Her case study gives a scope for further research on the treatment to practice appropriate therapy protocols relevant to the Indian setting and situation.
