Dr. Rajan Madan

Dr. Rajan Madan is a well-experienced General Surgeon and Laparoscopic Surgeon and currently associated with BLK Super Speciality Hospital New Delhi. He has more than 3 decades of clinical experience in the field of General and Minimal Access Surgery. He has spent 32 years of his profession in different departments covering almost all prestigious institutes across Delhi NCR. His special interest lies in Laparoscopic Surgery into which he has spent 22 years of professional experience. He is well-known for Laparoscopic surgery for Gallbladder, Appendix, all kinds of hernia repair, Breast & Thyroid related surgeries, Intestinal and colorectal surgery. After completing his MBBS and MS in General Surgery, Dr. Rajan Madan was awarded an honorary fellowship of the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons in 2011. Thereafter, he pursued MBA in Health from Anna University Tamil Nadu in 2012. Further, he has received an honorary fellowship of the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India in 2013. Afterward, he went onto pursue an advanced training certification in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery from UCSF California. He was also a part of a training program in Laparoscopic Surgery from National Medical University Singapore. Dr. Rajan Madan is an active member of Association of Surgeons of India, Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India, ASI - Delhi Chapter, Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons and Society for the surgery of the alimentary tract – USA. He was awarded for the ‘Best Worker’ consecutively for 2 years by DMA for his outstanding services to IMA Karol Bagh branch.
