Thereafter, he served as a practicing Bone Marrow Transplant specialist at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai and has performed 65 transplants till now. Dr. Rajib De has won ‘Best Award’ for presentation in the 49th Annual Conference of Indian Society of Haematology and Transfusion Medicine, 2008. He has penned down a few chapters in different Haematological books such as Myeloproliferative Neoplasms, Haematology Today, and Management of Acute Leukemia.
