Dr. Rajnish Kumar

Dr. Rajnish Kumar is a Senior Consultant & Unit Head, Department of Neurology, Paras Hospitals, Gurgaon. He has an experience of more than a decade in Neurology and has been trained in Department of Neurology at A.I.I.M.S. and Safdarjung Hospital. Dr. Rajnish completed his M.D.(Medicine) from M.L.N. Medical College, University of Allahabad and D.M., Neurology, A.I.I.M.S., New Delhi. Dr. Rajnish Kumar has also served as a Principal investigator in various international trials mainly in the field of Epilepsy, Movement Disorder, and Multiple Sclerosis. Before Paras Hospital, he served as a Senior Consultant at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon, and Clinical Assistant Professor at National Brain Research Centre, Manesar (April 2010 – April 2013).

Dr. Rajnish Kumar’s expertise lies in Epilepsy and sleeps study, Movement disorder, Stroke and Critical care neurology. He is an active member of the Indian Medical Association, Association of Physician of India, Neurological Society of India, to name a few and has also started an initiative N.G.O. - Patient initiative in epilepsy management which is working for the betterment of epilepsy patients. He has always excelled in his field of neurology and contributed to various research papers published in national and international journals. He has also published a book- Medicine for PGME.
