Dr. Rohit Goyal

Dr. Rohit Goyal is a Senior Consultant - Gastroenterology at Venkateshwara Hospital, Dwarka. He obtains degree in MD in Internal Medicine (2003) and a DM in Gastroenterology (2009) as his postgraduate and postdoctoral qualifications respectively. He has also served as Senior Resident Medicine at GMCH Chandigarh for six months; Senior Resident Gastroenterology at GB Pant Hospital for a year; and, as Senior Resident in Medicine at the SPS Apollo Hospital in Ludhiana for one year after completing his MD. He started the three-year postdoctoral DM degree programme in the Department of Gastroenterology and Human Nutrition Unit, at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Till date, he has performed over 3,000 diagnostic endoscopies and polypectomy, sclerotherapy,  variceal band ligation, stricture dilatation (balloon and savary guillard), achalasia dilatation, pyloric dilatation, injection therapy of peptic ulcer, foreign body removal, etc. Dr. Rohit Goyal has authored various papers and has won awards for the same. Dr. Rohit Goyal keeps attending regular seminars and workshops to enhance his knowledge. He gives his patients the attention they need and treats them with the utmost diligence and patience.
