Dr Roy J Mukkada is the HOD and Senior Consultant of the Department of Medical Gastroenterology at VPS Lakeshore, Kochi, Kerala. He has an efficient experience of over 20 years and is supremely skilled in the field of Endoscopy. His qualifications include an MBBS degree and MD- General Medicine. He was later awarded DNB- Gastroenterology by National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He also recieves specialized training in Endoscopic Submucosal Dissectio and Pre Oral Endoscopic Mayotomy from Fudan University, Shanghai, China. He has also been trained in therapeutic endoscopy and EUS from institute of Paoli Calmettes, Marseille, France under Dr. Marc Giovanni, Academic Medical Councl. He holds many national and international level journal publications to his credit. He has authored many chapters in Gastroenterology books as well and served as a peer reviewer in GI Endoscopy Journal. Dr Roy J Mukkada holds a lifetime membership of Indian Medical Association, Indian Society of Gastroenterology Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy & American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
