Dr. Salil Garg

Dr Salil Garg is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Interventional Cardiology at Vimhans Nayati Super Speciality Hospital, Nehru Nagar. He has an extensive expereince of more than 30 years as a Cardiologist under his belt. He specializes in Peripheral Angioplasty, Peripheral Angiography, Coronary Angiography and Coronary Angioplasty. He completed his MBBS and MD-Medicine from Armed Forces Medical University, Pune. He further acquired DNB-Cardiology from Army Hospital, New Delhi in 2008. Dr Salil Garg has successfully perfromed more than 5000 angioplasties and has also implanted more than 700 devices to hid credit. He has worked as Senior Advisor and Professor at Base Hospital, Delhi; Command Hospital, Lucknow as well as Army Hospital Research and Referral, New Delhi. He has also served as Junior Consultant at Command Hospital, Lucknow and Army Research and Referral Hospital. Moreover, he was the HOD and Senior Consultant in the Department of Interventional Cardiology at Venkateshwar Hospital, Dwarka. Dr Salil Garg acquired a fellowship of American College of Cardiology and Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. He alsi holds a membership of Association of the Physicians of India and Cardiology Society of India.
