Dr. Subodh Chandra Pande

Dr. Subodh Chandra Pandey is a Radiation Oncologist with 48 years of experience and currently practices at Artemis Hospital Gurgaon. He has rich clinical and teaching experience in Radiation Oncology. He pursued MBBS, MD in Radiotherapy from AIIMS in 1977 and MD in Radiotherapy. Dr. Subodh Chandra has served at the Tata Memorial Hospital (Mumbai) where he was involved in establishing its Neuro-oncology and Paediatric Oncology services. He then moved to the Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals in New Delhi in 1997 and helped upgrade its Stereotactic Radiotherapy facility. He also developed a modern radiation oncology department. In 2005, Dr. Subodh Chandra Pandey was appointed as the Director of Medical Services of the Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital and Research Centre in Jaipur. He was instrumental in commissioning its maiden Linear Accelerator which was the first-of-its-kind for Rajasthan. Dr. Subodh Chandra Pandey has a special interest in the use of Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) and PET-based techniques for cancer management. He was the Secretary General of AROI between 1997 and 2000.
