Dr. Sumit Sinha is  Director - Neurosurgery in Paras Hospital, Gurgaon. Dr. Sumit Sinha is a renowned neurosurgeon who has completed his neurosurgical training from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. Dr. Sumit Sinha completed his neurosurgical training from All India Institute of Medical Sciences. New Delhi, India and was appointed in the same institute as a faculty in 2005. He has since then undergone various training in various parts of the world with Neurostlrgical stalwarts and further improvising his expertise in his field of neurosurgery.

Dr. Sumit Sinha undertook spinal surgery training and is a qualified teaching faculty for AO Spine (International). Apart from surgical and clinical practice, Dr. Sinha also engages himself in various teaching and research activities both in the country and abroad. Prof. Sumit Sinha is a trained and qualified faculty for Advanced Trauma Life Support (USA). His primary focus lies in minimal access spinal surgery, wherein, he performs complicated spinal surgeries with minimal incisions, with the purpose of less pain and trauma to the patient and early return to activity. He is also among the few who is brachial plexus and peripheral nerve surgeon. Dr. Sinha has till now operated more than 250 complicated cases of nerve injury with a high success rate an the has the largest experience of operating on such type of cases.

Dr. Sumit Sinha has been instrumental in establishing a cadaver dissection laboratory at JPNA Trauma Centre. This facility is one of its own kinds in India and abroad, where young surgeons can develop their surgical skills by practicing on human cadavers and has trained more than 2000 delegates. Dr. Sumit Sinha is the founder secretary of Indian Society of Peripheral Nerve Surgery- and runs a successful fellowship program for training in the field of Brachial plexus and peripheral nerve surgery. He is an accomplished researcher with several scientific research projects under his name, funded by national agencies such as ICMR, DBT etc.
