Dr. Tariq Matin

Dr. Tariq Matin is Senior Consultant - Interventional Neuroradiology in Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon. He is also working as a Consultant Interventional Neuroradiology at Fortis Memorial Research Institute. Dr. Tariq has done his basic studies at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi following which he underwent fellowship program under Dr. Georges Rodesch(President WFITIN) Hospital, Suresnes, France. Dr. Matin has done specialization in the treatment of vascular disorders of the brain and spine like coiling of aneurysms, embolization of the AVM (arteriovenous malformations), stenting in intracranial and extra cranial atherosclerotic disease and tumor embolization. Dr. Tariq has special interest in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke using mechanical and chemical thrombolytic agents and endovascular coiling of complex aneurysms
