Dr. Bismay Kumar is a well- mannered nephrologist. When my uncle needed a new kidney, Dr. Bismay also helped in searching the same. After the operation, we were in touch with the doctor for knowing about any kind of complications.

For an hour or so, we waited outside Dr. Bismay Kumar’s office. It got very tiring with us with my sick father. But, Dr. Bismay Kumar’s behavior was genuine and kind. Some medicines were suggested by this nephrologist for attending kidney failure of my dad.

Dr. Bismay Kumar is very responsible and that is felt after my cousin’s kidney stone removal. We used to contact the doctor through WhtsApp and received timely response. Very much pleased with the doctor’s cooperation.
