Harsh Arora

Sometimes doing nothing in life is much better for your future. This is the story of Harsh Arora, who is 30 years old and a resident of Delhi. He went to Mumbai for one of his relative’s marriages. During this period, he enjoyed himself a lot, had drinks, and partied hard with friends and relatives. But, one event changed his life. He went to his room where he suspected a person lying down on the floor. He told him a story and Harsh got hypnotized by his words. Harsh became so bewildered by the story of the man, that he started panicking that time. The man who came in front of Harsh somehow left the room, but Harsh felt it so bad that it became the lesson of his life. He started panicking and having some convulsions.

How did Harsh receive help?

  • Harsh came to Saifee Hospital and tried informing the doctor about the situation. The relatives and friends who were present at that time with Harsh somehow made Harsh calm down.

  • The doctors of the Saifee Hospital informed Harsh that these were the symptoms of a panic attack. Because Harsh was going through severe stress due to an event that happened only a few hours back, Harsh was given a few medications to maintain his temper.

  • The doctor explained that the single event made Harsh go into Depression. It was the kind of event which changed his life forever.

Today, Harsh is receiving his medications. Earlier, he had to receive at least 4 medicines per day. Now, after two years, the conditions have been sustained. He is now able to continue with his job even at a higher amount than earlier. He is happy that he received timely medications and sometimes used to bewilder how one event changed his life forever. Whatever it is, coping with the situation and going on in life is all that we all need.
