Dr Kanchan is a very good doctor but I had to wait a lot to meet her, even after taking an appointment, I was just 5 mins late but then I was pushed back in the waiting line. Also, the staff wasn't telling me when I could go, I had to ask them again and again.

I went to get a lump checked. I was very nervous and didn't know how I would cope up. Doc Kanchan was very supportive and calmed me down. She suggested tests and thankfully the lump wasn't cancerous.
