Detoxification is the removal of toxins from our body. Generally, food is not supposed to contain toxins. But sometimes vegetables are covered with pesticides and inorganic substances, meat comes with anti-biotic, cooked food have with preservatives. So these thing makes the job of liver tough in removing the toxins depending on the type it.
