Dr. Sudhir R Naik is a Senior Consultant - Cardiology in Apollo Health City, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. He completed MBBS, Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, MD(Internal Medicine), Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad and DM(Cardiology), All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Before joining Apollo Health City, Dr. Naik was associated with W.H.O. Fellow (1977) – Hammersmith Hospital, London U.K., Moscow Inst. of Cardiology & Armenia Institute of Cardiology, USSR, Prof. of Cardiology Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad. (1978 – 1999), Director of Cardiology & Dean, Mediciti Institute of Medical Sciences (2006) and Emeritus Prof. of Cardiology at University of Health Sciences. He has various certifications and memberships like he has been a Former Chairman- Ethics Committee- Member, National Institute of Nutrition, Member- National Ethics Committee, Mumbai, Fellow- Indian College of Cardiology and Member- College of Chest Physicians of India to name a few.
