Rijul Mehrotra is a resident of Bangalore and studying in class 12. He recently became 18 years old and developed the symptoms of kidney disease. Once, he headed towards his school cafeteria to buy himself some food. After eating food, he started vomiting and complained of a severe headache. His symptoms were uncontrollable even by the school doctor. The 18-year-old child who complained of a severe headache had his relief from the headache after vomiting. Despite this, he also complained of stomach pain that went severe each time he went to the bathroom for vomiting. The child was taken for immediate help from the doctors of Fortis Hospital Rajajinagar.

How did Rijul receive help?

  • The parents of the child, being unaware of the symptoms, were informed that the child had developed kidney stones.
