Anamika
Bangalore
Anamika is around 15 years old and is considering herself to become a gymnastic personality after becoming an adult. She also dreams of appearing for national and international games after she receives the maximum of her practice parts. There were days when she started feeling pain in her legs after regular practice. She was in the gymnastic center where she consulted one of her seniors and he informed her to practice a few yoga asanas to regain flexibility in her legs. However, nothing seemed to work for her because the more she used to move her legs the more she used to develop pain. Thinking that she would have to spend her life like this, she started seeking help from her parents. During that time, her mother came in contact with Credihealth through internet surfing and got an appointment fixed for Anamika at Sparsh Hospital, Rajarajeshwari Nagar.
How did Anamika receive help?
Anamika had a visit to Sparsh Hospital, Rajarajeshwari Nagar where she met neurosurgeons practicing neurosurgery for many years.
After the neurosurgeon worked with Anamika, the doctor got to know that there were biochemical and medical imbalances that caused injury to her.
It affected the nerves and made Anamika develop pain because of the overuse of body parts in gymnastics.
She was going through such issues for the last six months and it became necessary to correct the same because she had to grow faster in terms of her gymnastics and academics.
It took around two months to have a correction in the neurons of her legs. With the help of best doctoral practices, she received guidance in performing a few activities including jumping, twisting, pounding and others. These activities caught Anamika’s attention as she was already a gymnastic enthusiast. She only needed guidance to perform all these activities which were given by the expert doctors. She found the best way to recover herself. Later she recalled the advice of one of her seniors who told her to perform yoga. Today, she is thankful to the doctors of Sparsh Hospital, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, and the seniors of her gymnast class.
