Enrollment through website
Visit the website to start your enrollment process. Click on “Create ABHA Number”. After that, you will be prompted to choose between “Create your ABHA number using Aadhaar” and “Create your ABHA Number using a Driving License.”

Create your ABHA Number using Aadhaar

Once you select the Aadhaar card option, you have to enter your 12-digit Aadhaar Number. It is important to note that your mobile number should be linked to your Aadhaar card, as you need to authenticate your card using an OTP. If your mobile number is unlinked, you must visit the nearest ABDM facility. Select the “I agree” option in the declaration and proceed.

After entering the six-digit OTP sent to your phone, you can complete your verification.

Re-enter the mobile number for further confirmation of your mobile number and Aadhaar card.

Enter communication details that will reflect on your ABHA card.

Your ABHA address will be created. You can download your ABHA card and print it.
Create your ABHA Number using your Driver's License

Once you select the Driving License option, you will be prompted to enter your mobile number. If you are using your driver's license for registration, you will be required to produce the same at the nearest ABDM facility to get your identity verified by the staff to get your ABHA number. Select the “I agree” option in the declaration and proceed.

After entering the six-digit OTP sent to your phone, you can complete your verification. This provides a two-fold verification for your mobile number.

Once all fields are filled, your ABHA number will be generated.

ABHA registration using the Mobile App
