Dr. Ashwin Santosh Shetty is a Chief Consultant - Ophthalmology at Aster CMI Hospital, Bangalore. His main area of specialization is Advanced Cataract Surgery and refractive surgery. After completing his MBBS at Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr. Ashwin Santosh completed his Post-graduation at Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Bangalore Medical College followed by Bangalore West Lions Eye Hospital. This was followed by a fellowship in Advanced Cataract and Refractive Surgery at Narayana Nethralaya, Bangalore. He has also been an invited speaker at multiple conferences and has presented research papers in conferences in India and abroad. Dr. Ashwin Santosh has been certified for Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) Implantation for correction of refractive errors.
